What does your 'contract' with this campground state regarding egress/ingress?
What does your 'contract' with this campground state regarding 'changes in agreement'?
You need to pull out ALL paper work connected to the purchase of this LOT and READ it carefully...........
I would be very concerned with the use of 'biometric scanning' especially by such a low level security -----how are they going to protect your fingerprints.
Once digitized and stored on computer it is available
I would consult with an attorney.......take 'contract' for review and advice.
Right to Egress/Ingress should be KEY point.
