There are certain summer days you can stay at OC fairgrounds.

Eastshore is nice, Canyon is nice, Oneill is nice (no electric).
But I'd recommend the Anaheim Resort. Consider gas, parking fees, general hassle. I've stayed at Orangeland RV park and taken shuttle to Disneyland. It's been a while and it seemed it constricted our hours to get the return trip. The park itself is fine. These central RV parks have good access to restaurants if that's your thing.
