Denver Colorado FHU camogrounds?
Looking to make a trip to Denver the end of August. Anyone have recommendations for FHU campgrounds? I don't mind staying a few miles west of Denver in the mountains.

Stone Mountain is more than a campground. It is a total family destination. Lots of different things to do. One year we had an extra day while staying in Stone Mountain so we bought an "all events" ticket for the day. We two old folks joined what seemed like all the elementary schools of Georgia for a great day. Still remember it with pleasure--and we enjoyed the school children who helped us to know how to take part in the events.
