I've been watching Park Model and Mobile Home listings in the RGV for a couple years. Some of the units have been on the market a long time. That may a good situation for buyers but when the time comes to sell it could be a different story. I wonder how the 500+ parks in the valley will all survive. Sadly some will probably convert to trailer parks for the locals.
