Not sure what you're looking for, but here are two that probably aren't quite what you mean:
Trailer Village - Grand Canyon. Nothing to do at the campsite, but the nearby bus will take you right to the canyon. Your vehicle never has to move.
Fort Wilderness at Walt Disney World - You can take the boat or bus to the parks, but there is plenty to do within the campground itself. Nice pools, rent boats, fish, hike the nature trails, EAT, EAT some more, spas at the resorts, etc. In any case, your vehicle never has to move, and you can relax without ever leaving the campground.
