Destination Suggestions Please
We are looking to take a short (10 days or less) vacation in mid May. I prefer somewhere in the mountains of New Mexico or lower Colorado but am open to other suggestions as long as they are not too ...

Stay at Santa Fe Skies RV - lots of scenery around it; good restaurants; museums; drive up to the ski area.
Cochiti Corp of Engineers campground has some full-hookups, I believe. Hwy 84 in New Mexico is beautiful.
About a mile away from Cochiti is Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks Nat'l Monument - very unique:

Off the highway is Bandelier Nat'l Monument for Indian ruins - very nice and the Los Alamos facility is interesting to explore. Continue north on 84 and you'll come to Abiquiu Corp of Engineers park - there are some full hookups. It's the painter, Georgia O'Keefe's hangout in nice country.
Move around two or three places and explore.
