We love eastern AZ around the Luna Lake, Alpine areas. Very scenic high altitude mountains. Lots of great trout streams and lakes all around. If you have a toad there are endless sites to see along the numerous logging roads. These roads are well graded and widely used by all vehicles. Big Lake at 9,000ft is beautiful!
Nearby is Greer, AZ. Several lakes and the little Colorado river are there.
