I'm in Rockport TX and last year at this time just about every site in every campground was filled. This year a third to a fourth are still vacant. Sure we will get some people right after the first of the year but this year it looks like there will definitely be more vacancies. Over the summer about 50 sites were added to this area and soon another 100 will come on line. Hopefully the price will start to drop by next winter.
