Did it happen?

We are full or very near full. Have been looking for a place for our friends to rent for a month, they need a park model, mobile or house and all are occupied. The difference is we are a well kept ownership park. I am thinking those who own their lot have rented long enough to know they like the area and the lifestyle and have committed to an area and park long term. Also most stay at least 5 or 6 months or longer. Many have become Texas residents (no state income tax) and use their RV to travel north for the hottest months. quite a few even stay full time. I think the ownership parks are faring much better than the rental parks. Nearby rental parks are about 50 - 60 per cent full. Also Canadians are becoming very scarce here, they state influencing factors are cost of out of country health insurance, the devaluation of the Canadian dollar, health issues and age.
