Exactly.
I'll give a shoutout to Avan. He's the one who taught me about destination areas. Once I grabbed onto that concept snow birding for us really took off.
Sitting in a park located at no and where, doing reoccurring planned activities, in well defined groups, is my worst nightmare. I know the people are wonderful in those planned activities parks (and inside those defined groups) but they are wonderful in all the snowbird parks, so why not move on to a destination area with things to do.
