Since you're collecting input, the other thing is the quality of the lots. WWII vets came back home to 3 bedroom 2 bath ramblers. In the 80's,90's, and 00's you had a boom of McMansions.
A lot of these RV parks have narrow lots, with no landscaping at all. Thinking the McMansion types don't think much of that, and really don't want their friends to see that is their lifestyle.
If you ever watch HGTV's tiny homes, you'll notice the homes have less features, very poor drivability, and more overprice then RV's. Yet RV's are seldom if ever displayed in that program. Thinking living in an RV may have a much different meaning to the way younger group.
