I think a lot of that depends on what you're spending your winter in. Lows of high 30's and low 40's ain't everyone cup of tea when you're living in something other then a S&B type of place.
It's desert...normal weather at night.
40's with no humidity makes for great sleeping. Warms up fast so you can enjoy the day.
