Disney (FL) campgrounds???

Any ideas on where to stay near Disney in Fla. I tried Fort Wilderness and they are booked 10-20 Nov when I want to go. Does anyone have a close campground?

Thanks,

G George

X2 on Tropical Palms... we have stayed there a few times when the Fort was all full . . . Would stay there again if we can't get the fort..

  • If you are members of 1000 Trials the have a CG near there. There as also Encore Parks. We stayed there this past March. They are about 1/2 hour from Disney with the traffic. ...Happy Camping and Good Luck... Vickie Oh if you get a chance... don't forget to stop at the Ice cream Place, They are shaped like ice cream cones and they are Fantastic !!!
  • We have stayed at the Orlando/Kissimmee KOA. It is located almost as close to some of the Disney parks as Ft. Wilderness.
I was surprised last year as they had openings over New Years when FW didn't.
