I think someone mentioned a gas station in Moab that also has a free dump/fill station. Can anyone suggest a dump/fill place that does not charge $$$$$. I am willing to pay a small fee, but last year in CO I was charged $20.00 to dump/fill at a campground. I thought that was way to much.
Way too much compared to what? What else are you going to do with gallons of sewage? Haul it where? Why should someone take it for free?
At some point supply and demand rules, just pay and be done with it.
