Duty free liquor
I am traveling down to the US and was wondering if it is really cheaper to buy liquor at the duty free shop on the Canadian side. Or is it cheaper to buy it down in the states. Thanks

May help you to decide - I am traveling to Florida from BC via Colorado. In your opinions, what is the cheapest state?
- A lot depends on the state you will ultimately buy the liquor in. I know in Arizona the Canadian contingent flocks to Costco as they say the liquor is much cheaper there than in the Canadian province they may be from
- It may depend on what you purchase, that last time we looked at wine (Australian) in the duty free on the Canadian side and the same wine was much cheaper on the shelves in Washington state.
