Camped at Davy Crockett State Park 3 times this year.
Not that much to see at the Amish, we drive through the community a couple times a year. They have produce for sale along with some other things. You see a lot in their buggies and see somewhat of the lifestyle by driving through.
If you like good brisket to eat go to Shaffer Farms north of town, a few miles out. It is great! The brisket sandwich is worth the trip, believe me on this one.
They are in the process of working on the campgrounds, one is closed during Nov. and Dec and the other will close in the spring for work. You might want to check their web site about this.
