Personally we preferred Ethridge to the larger Amish locales. A lot less tourist traffic in Ethridge and the Amish don't feel so rushed that they can't take the time to chat with you :c
If you're there to be able to talk with Amish about their culture, Ethridge is the right place. If you only want to shop, I recommend the tourist oriented OH and PA settlements.
