I know nothing about the parks....I have family that live in the Roseburg area. I CAN tell you about the highway....:) :) WATERFALLS......there are a LOT of waterfalls to see. Some you can see from the parking lots, some you have to hike to. If you can't see it, there will be a sign telling you how long the hike is.
Somewhere around Glide (further east I believe) is "Colliding Rivers" pull off. It's on the left.....It's where 2 rivers collide. Wish I could give you better instructions, but it's not showing on my map. Isn't it amazing.....I stop there every time I go thru and I can't remember exactly where it is!!!!! :) :)
