That's exactly why I want to drive Hwy 138. I'm kind of a waterfall junkie. I loved the Historic Columbia River Hwy. And someone here (maybe you!) wrote that Hwy 138 is at least, if not more beautiful with waterfalls.
Hopefully someone will chime in about the RV parks. Will be returning home from the Oregon Coast, and will be taking I-5 down into California after Roseburg.
