I've stayed at Rising River a few times. The park is on the bank of the Umpqua River with a nice shaded grassy area along the river. There is fair fishing and if the river is not running fast, swimming. The park is clean with friendly management. At first it seems that you are in the wrong place as you go through a RV sales lot to get into it.
