When do the leaves change colors in the Hot Springs area?

There are many variables that to into the color change. Moisture levels, temperatures, etc. It varies every year. The color maps start tracking levels in Arkansas this month, but a check shows no changes yet. I'd guess mid to late October would be a good time.
