In addition to the previously mentioned:
Check out the old movie "Garden of Good and Evil". The home featured in that movie can be toured while there.
We only found one restaurant close to the campground. Turn left exiting the campground and it will a couple of miles (I think) on your left. Food there was pretty good but not like Savannah restaurants. There is a grocery etc there also.
