I wasn’t trying to be condescending or rude. If I came across that way I apologize. It seemed to me that since you had asked the question, you had doubts of your own. I was trying to assure you that those doubts are valid. Your chances of showing up and finding a site with electricity are going to be challenging; depending on where and when. You may find yourself in a lot of parking lots, non electric spaces, or moving site to site to site every day.
