The State Parks in WA are a little better suited for larger RV's. Most have full hookups, but if you try to go between May-Sept, they get booked really fast! During the off season and during the week is easier to get in if the park is open (most are year round parks).
What I've seen of the National Parks in WA is that they are much older campgrounds and almost always never have hookups and the sites are pretty small.. That might have changed, since it's been many years since I've ventured into a National Park campground??
No experience with private parks..
Good luck!
