OK number one: two weeks is not enough time for RMNP and YNP/GTNP. I suggest you pick one or the other. Don't forget you'll have to subtract travel time to and from Indiana. Two days to RMNP or three days to the YNP area. And if you try to do both there would be a two day drive between the parks.
You could then spend a week +/- in one area or the other. A week isn't really enough time in Yellowstone. A week in RMNP is enough to see most of the park and do some hiking. Both parks have great trails.
I just checked out RMNP CG for next June and they are booked up already. So you would have to stay in a private CG in Estes Park. I haven't checked YNP but it's probably also booked up. YNP does have some first come/first served no-hookup CG so that's a possibility. But if you show up and don't find an open site then you may have a problem finding a spot at the private CG's in the area.
