Once you deduct the approx. 6 days of driving out and back you will have about 8 days to sight see. That's very little time but enough to allow you to see lots of great sights. I suggest you spend a couple of those in Grand Teton and stay at Gros Ventre. Then go north into YNP where you can stay at Lewis Lake (first come, no reservations) or Grant (reserve thru Xanterra) or Madison. Any of the campgrounds in Yellowstone will fill by 9-10 AM and many of them by 8-8:30 AM.
