MP 99 is about 6 miles south of the Q on 95, near Pipeline road. Google maps will show you.
I wouldn't call that an amateur place, it's pretty far from any facilities. My christening was in South LaPosa where there's close water and dump.
I can see where the LaPaz confusion comes from.. there's the La Paz Valley road south of MP 99.
