Tom, how much of the time is your AquaHot having to run to keep up with that much cold... -40?
Thankfully Dick, my rig is parked in Arizona, just this old body up here in the frigid cold. It has warmed up to a balmy -10C this am.
But even in the cold we were experiencing in Surprize, if the unit was on electric, it ran almost all the time. The temps at night were getting down to about 32F. And due to the amount it was putting out for the furnace, there was a lack of hot water. All we would do is hit the diesel switch and in no time we had as much heat and hot water as you could want. I love this system and would not have another RV without it. Macktee
