Glad it went well. Welcome to Florida! We have learned to check the weather at our current destination and also at the next stop to see if any storms are headed our way. We look ahead to a 5 day forecast on www.weather.com before we travel. We allow enough time to stay an extra night or two to avoid driving in the rain. We always find a way around Atlanta. Never had a good experience through Atlanta. We also like Williston Crossings. Small town charm but close enough to drive into Ocala if you need a larger city. Don't miss a drive to Cedar Key.
