Fishing Bridge (Yellowstone) Reservations

Question

I know that Fishing Bridge is closed... Website says they expect to open in May of 2022. I'm confused as to who handles reservations for Fishing Bridge. Is it Recreation.gov or does the Concessionaire handle the bookings. If it's Recreation.gov. reservations are available 6 months out..correct? What about concessionaire?
If I'm making the reservations online can I book more than one site for the other 2 families traveling with us? Do they accept phone reservations?
