Florida Campground - Stay for 6, Pay for 12?

Hmm? On the website for the new RV Park mentioned by Good Sam it is actually no discount to keep it there all year; they actually pay more than 12 X the summer rate, and the summer rate isn't much less than their winter rate. I guess the mods won't mind if I post the link here because this forum seems to be owned by or partnered with Good Sam. Here are the rates:

I the six months there, six months away means you can leave your rig on the site year round, then the pricing makes perfect sense. It is less for each unoccupied period then the corresponding occupied rate. If it is left on the site, the park has no ability to rent that site for the higher occupied rate. Sounds fair to me.
