Florida Campground: Spring Break 2018 Girls 6 and 8

Looking for ideas for Spring Break 2018. Two girls 6 & 8. Already done Disney. Others we have done are Silver Spring, Fort De Soto, Salt Springs, Jetty Park, and a few more. They love a good playground and right now they are into National Park System Cancellation Stamp collecting. Looking to go no lower than Central Florida. Can be state parks or commercial. Looking for any and all ideas. Wanted to do gulf coast but everything is booked. Around Jacksonville and St Augustine there are some stamps they can get, what is best kid friendly parks?
  • Hannah Park in Jacksonville, or Manatee Springs State Park. If you really want to get wild check out Stephen C Foster State Park in Georgia in the heart of the Okefenokee Swamp. My daughter loved it.

If those were MY GIRLS - just get them some Sand and a Beach - Really simple,

Sorry, but we've done Sand and Beach every year for 40+ years and it NEVER Gets Old. Never!

Sometime the KISS method works and IMHO this is one of those times.

    Beach anywhere - either side.

    Best of Luck,

    JMHO,

North beach campground by St Augustine?
X2. Awesome pool, beach just across A1A, huge sites, Good Sam discount, full hookups including cable. Get a tree covered pull through site close to the front. If you tell them 30 amp, they won't tell you about available 30/50 amp sites which cost a little more.
  • Anastasia State Park in St Augustine is nice with good access to the beach. Private campgrounds in the area are nice too.

  • Do a Google search for `Florida tourism' and take your pick of websites to review.
