The Black hills in SD has a lot to offer. Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse memorial, Custer State Park, to mention a few. Also in the area are some caves, and Devils Tower.
Can't remember the name of the rv park, but believe it was a KOA when we went thru the Devils Tower area .. anyway they showed the film "Encounters of the Third Kind" (?) anyway the one ET was in.
It was interesting to look around an area where a movie had been filmed. It is a memory for these Seniors and I am sure a memory for a 12 yr old, whom I wonder if he has seen the movie ..
