There is a hitch/unhitch pull-thru you can use to get the golf cart out. It's right on the way to the loops. The premium sites aren't necessarily larger; it means they have a larger concrete pad and are closer to the amenities (which you may or may not care for esp. with a golf cart). The sites sizes do vary, but they do not measure them; all the workers know is tent, full, preferred and premium. I've seen 42ft toy haulers in a full loop and land a 75ft deep site that was next to me.
If you get to the site and cannot fit, look for a vacant one that will fit and send the golf cart to the front desk asking to move. The trick at Disney is to ask, they don't offer.
FWIW the Fort Fiends usually use the full hookup loops. They are cheaper, quieter, and not far from the large pool.
