I'm looking for the locations of Walmarts closest to Seattle and Portland which will allow free overnight RV parking.

There is a Cabela's just north of Olympia on I5 that allows overnighting. Its about an hour south of Seattle. Its at the Marvin Road Exit. There is a Camping world just north of Tacoma on I5 near Fife which is about 30 minutes to Seattle.
