I'm looking for the locations of Walmarts closest to Seattle and Portland which will allow free overnight RV parking.

"Free" Walmart parking....these are usually our most expensive overnights ! Spend a week, or more out in the woods, then go to Wally an see how "free" it is ! Great marketing and a win win for both of us.
