I think the OP means "repurpose" the grey tank . . . I hope.
In other words, buy a new RV, disconnect the grey tank from the waste system and hook it up as a second fresh tank. All waste (black+ grey) would always go into the black tank . . . I hope.
If this is what the Op is asking (I hope), the quick answer is that the black tank isn't big enough for both, and trips will be shorter, not longer. If the OP wants additional fresh water capacity, there are many good options for portable tanks, even jerry cans, which I use.
If the OP really wants to drink grey water, he should set a bowl in the shower to catch water when he showers, and then drink all he wants.
