Only been RV'ing seriously for a year or so but have used the site several times, including 5-6 reservations in Feb. Cancelled a couple and got prompt refunds. I would say I am pleased with it. Wish it had a better map function with parks on it. Current one is a bit difficult.
My daughter ( does not camp ) swears the are rigged :) She was trying to get cabins in Bahia Honda for next Christmas / New Years to match our camping reservations which may explain her frustration.
