Frustrated with Reserve America

I used it the other day to reserve a Colorado SP and had no problem.

I used their site to check on Fishing Bridge in Yellowstone. It asked for my senior pass number but the daily rate didn't go down. So I'm making alternate plans. I have used them in the past and was happy.

X2... No problems here either. Nor at recreation.gov for that matter. No problems other than not always being able to get the site I want when I want it of course. :R

It's NOT my problem - it is server issues on their end.

I have no faith in their end. I complained about reserveamerica.com and I got a reply that said "sorry you are having trouble on recreation.gov

Have you tried to clean out your cookies file. If you have an old cookie of RA then the system might not load correctly.

I complained too and got an answer back telling me I didn't know what I was doing, or words to that effect.

Been dealing with RA for 7 years....problems started with their update and have gotten worse this year imho.
I have asked about the problems to RA but no results/answer.
