Ft McAllister Ga. Bugs and Fish and other stuff...

Headed that way in a week or so....wondering? 1- Anyone there now or very recent that can tell me how bad the no see ums and or mosquitoes are, or not? 2-Ideas on a place there or close by to ta...

We live within 10 miles of Ft. McAllister and in a similar coastal environment. It's finally hot enough here that the sand gnat population has been reduced somewhat. They were fierce earlier in the spring. Bring your deet bug spray anyway.

I think you'll enjoy Ft. McAllister.
