We like Marina Dunes RV Park near Monterey & Pismo Coast Village RV Park in Pismo Beach. Also, we stay at Yosemite Pines RV Park when we can't get reservations inside the park. Don't know about fishing though. Then there's Petaluma KOA, just north of SF.
