Rumor has it that rates will be dropping in the RGV by 33% because of the reduction due to snowbirds going to AZ and FL.
Also rumors are that we are not in the last stages of climate change and the jet stream will continue to sift to the east even more.
California will get much needed relief while AZ will suffer devastating dryness and water rations. FL is suppose to be on the route of the Pineapple express coming from South America when it continue shifting easterly.
Of course that's just rumors. Look at Buffalo and it's new found snowfall. Not like they never had that before and not like it will continue shifting easterly as thing continue to warm. I'm sure if climate change is for real, it has stopped moving our weather pattern by now. :B
