Three suggestions. One is in Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods campground. All the services you need they have. Good location, near everything and they are open all year. The other is Mountaindale. It's south of the Springs off Hwy 115. Check their web site for the details, as far as wifi, phone and season. I think they are open year round. The last is just north of the Springs. Colorado Heights. It used to be just members only but I remember reading they are now open to the public. Hope these help, good luck.
