Funny how these things spin off in unintended directions. I was not talking about permanent residents who live and work in an area. I was comparing RV parks that are really not RV parks since they are being filled up with "permanent" units for the use of winter visitors.
"Why do I ask"? Because I can. Also, as I travel around I might base my preference on one kind of park over the other, everything else being equal. I have been called, a "JAR" (Just a renter) before, as an example of one kind of park. I am getting older and that is very common in the "park model" parks than in the predominately RV parks. Just asking, on a slow Saturday afternoon.
My question should probably have been, "Which kind of park is the most fun for you?"
