Glacier NP tours

We're in the planning stages of a trip to Glacier this summer. Haven't ever been there before. We are planning to spend several days each on both sides of the park, and hope to take one of the "red bus" tours from each location. Anyone have recommendations for the best of those tours? Or for which location we should take the "Crown of the Continent" tour from? (Roundtrip either way, of course.)

    Good to know. I am also planning a trip there after visiting Jellystone and Yogi.

    The red buss tour, runs the same route, just from the opposite sides of the park, unless you take the air tour you will see the same things from either direction.

    The busses are too big to be passing each other on the road to the sun, so they leave the east side and travel the south road to the west side and then back to the east side via the road to the sun. no matter where you start you will end up back there. the busses are kept at the east side terminal. by the lodge.
