dodge guy, you best spend more time in the western U S. There are literally thousands of rocks balancing all over the place. We were just thru Joshua Tree NP - round rocks balancing all over and they are right on the San Andreas fault line and that area gets a dozen or more quakes a day (granted, most very minor).
Those balancing acts have been going on for thousands of years and the rocks are still there.
And, yes, his disability payments should stop immediately and he should repay the money he took fraudulently.
Sorry, he gets no sympathy from me.
