NPS has put the campground here with a concessionaire. Now there is no discount at a federal campground for seniors,veterans etc. I guess its important that this group be targeted for $$$ increase.The selling of America.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Are you saying that the CG here is handled by a concessionaire and therefore you cannot use your Golden Age Access card for 50% off camping?

Nothing new here the USFS has been doing this for years. Alexander Springs here in Florida for example. You get your discount on some things but not others, think it costs a couple of bucks for park entrance for example.

Juniper Springs in Florida was also strange. I was given a 50% discount on entrance fee cause I had the Geezer pass. My wife didn't have one and had to pay full admission price. Just to tour the park!

Yup same as at Alexander, my wife also has a pass so we beat that. We have Access Passes so there is theoretically no charge for entrance.
