Upon reading the Texan's post, I was reminded of the RGV business clerk who commented to us that his view of Winter Texans was that "They come down here (to the RGV) in a T-shirt and a dime and don't want to change either one."
By the way, Imperial Bonita Estates, our location in SW Florida, has more than 80 different activities and is full every season. Of course, costs vary throughout the state, much like they do everywhere -- even Texas.
