My first reaction to this post was to agree with the OP, and I still fully understand his concern. However, after reading and thinking a while I don't think the park or other parties involved did anything wrong. It comes down to the fact that the person tagging those spots Paid for them. If they were used immediately or not really doesn't matter IMO. Another interesting thing is knowing that the State Park is "First Come First Served" then there is always a chance that the OP would not get a big enough spot for his 40' coach regardless. I guess maybe stick with traditional campgrounds that cater the reservation to your rig size and preference. With all that said, I would have been steamed too so I guess it's just a crappy situation.
