This is like trying to pick which of your two children you like more - it's almost impossible. I'd say flip a coin. Then visit the other site the following year. If it was me, I'd do the Grand Canyon trip first, then Yellowstone the following year. I prefer the Yellowstone area a little bit more, so I'd save it for "dessert".
